There are 52 weeks in a year, 13 weeks in a quarter.  So from June 16 to the end of 2012 is 26+2=28 weeks, plus 52 weeks for 2013, plus 52 weeks for 2014, plus 11 weeks to March 15, total 143 weeks or about 1000 days.
