For Restaurant type or for a home dinner party?  For restaurant type put knife on square napkin corner to corner place fork on top.  Take left side of napkin and fold over the knife and fork and roll  the napkin and knife and fork one to two times depending on the size of the napkin.  Then take the botton of the napkin and fold it toward the top and continue rolling the napking the same way until there is nothing left to roll.  Now if you are looking for a little more elegant way check oout this site and click on whatever napkin folding that interests you. http://www.christmasmagazine.com/en/entertaining/napkins.asp
