Are you wanting an amateur baker so as to save money on costs? If so, the best way to find one is by word of mouth. You might try asking at local colleges or schools with culinary programs. Additionally, check with craft stores (Joann's, Michael's) that offer classes in cake decorating; it's possible that someone on staff can put you in touch with an experienced amateur baker.
