It's a discount shoppers club. AKA, telemarketers. They call homes randomly offering $25 Walmart cards for answering surveys. Never spoke with anyone. Just returned a missed call and got a recording with that message. Sounds phishy to me!

Called WCA (516-453-6856) recording advised  WCA Subscriber Services does not accept blocked calls(my number is blocked for my safety). Unblock my number and they would speak with me.  Sounded like Telemarketer.
