You may try using Dupont Freon to cleanheads after each playback or recording. Concerning the type of wipe to use, you may use wipes for cleaning heads that is a ribbed cotton cloth or you can just use a finely woven, that is very smooth type of cotton cloth with no rough spots that could snag on a head.              AlfaKleen Chemical Laboratories, Inc.
