I reaally want a sibling I'm an only child(girl) and my mom wants one too. Is it too late she's 38 years old. will she have problems like a child with downs syndrome or cerebral palsy

What does your dad say?    I don't think your mother is too old.  Her health is the key to whether or not she will have a healthy child.  But, I would like to know why you haven't mentioned your father.
