I want a sibling??????????????

 

I reaally want a sibling I'm an only child(girl) and my mom wants one too. Is it too late she's 38 years old. will she have problems like a child with downs syndrome or cerebral palsy

38 is far from too old. Her pregnancy may be uncomfortable, and she may to take better care of herself than otherwise, but there's no earthly reason why she couldn't give birth to a health, happy baby with no undue problems.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

What does your dad say?    I don't think your mother is too old.  Her health is the key to whether or not she will have a healthy child.  But, I would like to know why you haven't mentioned your father.

No, they're not legally obligated to provide care. But I'd sure let them know what assholes they were for not helping. After all, mom and dad took care of them for many many years. They should be thankful they HAVE parents. Not all of us do.
