I want to know who to contact  about San  Bernadino  County  Special  Ed for for a preschool  3 year old  who has a very  bad  speach  problem    Delayed  speach and a possible  eye  problem  ,,,He has had  limited  help with this  problem    He lives in  Helendale  Ca,     A teacher was trying to help  with a once a w  plan    he is now  3 years  old  and will be going to  pre school soon   and he has such  limited  speach    that he is  going to have a lot of problems    is there someone  at the  Special  Ed   that can  direct us in the right  direction     Thanks  Loretta          Ps  He is my   precious   Great  Grand  Son     Ayden
