I have been billed every month on my debit card for "computer network/information services"  from AOL.  The services are not showing on MyAccount, and the computer says in red lettered authority "YOU HAVE NO PREVIOUS STATEMENTS".

But there it is month after month and I have not had a laptop since mine was stolen in January.
