I don't have that much money in the stock market, but what I have I can't afford to lose. My husband and I are retired and will depend on this money. Should I take the money out now, before I lose anymore? Help.

If you can't afford to lose money in the short term, maybe you'll want to find a less risky place than the stock market.  You might want to talk soon with a financial advisor (at an institution that isn't in the news for problems) to learn about safe places for your money in your situation.
