Discuss Bonestructure's answer to: What would it take for me to vote liberal again?

I'll tell you something. I'm disabled, I never expected it, and it surprises me, but I really miss work. Oh, as a writer and artist, I do work, though I'm limited in how long I can work, and some days not at all. But my job before I got hit with several illnesses involved dealing with the public. Not only was I quite good at it, but I genuinely enjoyed it. I miss it, I really do. Fuck free things and not working. I'd rather be working than trying to survive on a few hundred bucks a month I get from SSI, believe me I would. And I could happily get by wthout giving myself shots and taking 10 or 12 pills a day and having to spend so much time in bed and always being in pain. It's real easy to talk about free stuff and wanting not to work, but ain't nothin free in this world and works is necessary for a lot of reasons.
