Voltage for singer 9700 basebaord heater

singer 9700 baseboard heater voltage.  I took out a old singer baseboard heater and I do not know the voltage in order to buy a new one.  It had a red, white and ground wire attached.  The ul tag has been painted over so many times I cnanot find it.  Anyone know the specs.
