Hi,

I presume you're divorced or separated from the mother of your child.

I think you should go to court with your lawyer to ask for your visitation rights.

Be honest and be true to yourself.

If you have visitation she CANNOT stop you. As long as your parents are not a danger to the child.

Unless the Court tells you this then she is just messing with you.

Unless there is a court order she cannot stop you from taking the child to see the grandparents or to your home.  If she does put up a fuss you do have the right to call police if necessary and they will enforce your rights.  You need to be at the  location where the child is and have (court) documents regarding visitation when the police arrive.
