Visiting canada

I am wishing to visit canada but am worried about any dangers such tornados ,thunderstorms ,bears ,snakes, flies, etc can you suggest places where i can go that dont have these.

In North America, to my knowledge the wildlife is generally more afraid of you than you are of them. Just never get between them and their young. The flies, well - they have a mind of their own. If you are driving, just in case, make sure you don't have any DUI's or they won't let you in so you'll be wasting your time.

Ty for reply.  I am visiting the country as we are thinking of moving to canada in about 2yrs time and wish to suss it out before we go.  I have a dog and love to walk in woods etc but am afraid of bears there and also coming into the garden (yard) if my dog was out.  When i visited my brother in winnipeg i was bitten badly by the mosquitos and hated that.  I have heard that in the summer there in alberta when you sit out on the decking you may have to have a net up around you for the flies is this true?  Also there are snakes too?

ty for reply nobama.  Also can you help me regarding the climate as i dont want to go to a place where it rains a lot as eventualy would like to move there to live and as im in scotland and its rain rain rain damp wet rain most times i dont want to go to the same in canada i need more sun!

There are amazing cities in Canada, where you can still see the nature around but not be in it.  That way you won't experience these things.  Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto are nice places to visit.  You should look up what things there are to do in each of these places to decide what you would like most.  Canada is a big place and each place is very different.  I personally love the west of Canada and Vancouver.

ty for reply my issue is that i want to live in canada and am going to visit vancouver but as you say its such a big place i really dont want to get it wrong and so wish to live in a place that suits my needs and of my family such as work in construction for omne and i have a dog and hate mosquitos and cayotes etc and wish to have a decent size yard and be able to walk the dog where its safe . All those kinda things.

If you go in april or may a lot of  rain. june july good time. Beause of the falls it is always damp. But very  breathtaken and beautiful.
Canada is a very very cool place in the winter   every where
