Vent visors

Wade Vent visors: I just installed the wade slim vent visors on my 2007 madza3 and in the process i installed the visors on the rear windows on the opposite side.They donot look to bad but i would like to change them. What does one use to remove the 3m glue strips so i can install new strips and change sides with the vent shades.
