Username/password Help

my girlfriend cant login to her account. she knows her username and tried to request a new password but it wouldn't let her get a new password and it said there was not enough information. her username is alexisx3kyle4ever and it wouldnt let her sign in to get help. can you help?

If she remember the security question & answer which is given at the time of sign up the she can easily change her password by clicking on forgot password.

You can also try calling 1-877-786-0722 (Mon-Fri 8am-1am EST and Sat 8am-10pm EST).
