Usb flash drives

How do you download pics. using a flash drive to download pis. not sure being that this is all new to me??or any help would be nice or lead  to a web site that deals with this kind of stuff.

Hi Fred, I am assuming they are on the flash drive from your question.  If they are on the flash drive, insert it into the usb port.  It will bring the flash drive up, click on it, it will open and the files saved on it will show up, click on what you want to upload and save it to your computer.  Save in pictures!  I hope that helps.

plug in your USB drive to the USB port.

Click Start - (My) Computer -

Choose one from the device removable storage


Double Click to open the files saved on the USB.

Select pictures you want to transfer in your PC. (Ctrl then click on the pictures you want to save on the PC)

Copy ( Ctrl C ) - if you want to keep a copy on the other storage data

Cut ( Ctrl X ) - if you want to move photos on the other storage data

Paste on the desired path ( Ctrl V )

Safely remove storage data

Unplug the USB.

that's it! or vice versa..
