It's a tube connected to the bladder in humans.

In a disordered mind, as in a disordered body, soundness of health is impossible. ~Cicero

This is the tube that you pee in your genital organ connecting it to your bladder. Guys have a bladder 4 times bigger than girls that it's why they don't need to pee as much girls do.

Also girls have a 3 to 4 centimeters urethra long when guys have as big their penis is so girls are more exposed to get Urinary infection than guys and when a guy gets it it's because the bacteria has travel all inside his long urethra and the harm can be much bigger than in girls because take days until they have symptoms.

We sometimes must resort to the injection of air into the bladder to check for obstruction, hemorrage, fistulae, or bladder stones. I have yet to hear of a patient who enjoyed it.
