Hi,


1.  Low prices for agricultural product. 
2.  Desire for better education.
3.  Higher chances to get a job in the city.
4.  A better / improved style of living.
5.  Advanced culture (music, art, theater, etc).
6.  High education (college, university, etc).
7.  Family reunion.
8.  Improved / modern accomodations.
Those were some of the main reasons for urbanization.  Some of the main results: more / bigger cities, small towns grew to cities / metropolitans, less people working in farms ( and each farmer had to cultivate more lands).
