When your children don't listen to you out in public then...take them back to your car, or into a bathroom in a nearby store, and calmly with a stern voice and mannerism, tell the children that it is not acceptable how they are acting.

.) If you were bringing them to a store for a treat, at that point, don't buy the treat! You don't ever reward bad behavior.

.) Take them directly home, and tell them when they can behave in public, and listen to what you tell them to do, then you will try that day out again.

.) When you have your second outing, if the children don't listen, repeat the process above. Eventually, the children should learn.

.) Don't brand your children- tell them it is a bad behavior or act, not that they are bad.

.) Don't say anything you won't back up!
