You need to contact Delta directly.  AOL Answers is the wrong place for specific problems with billing and payments. AOL Answers has a few AOL employees and mostly other users answering questions, but there are no public records for billing.  And we recommend that you don't provide contact information on a public forum where thousands can see it.

I am having the EXACT problem with my bank a couple other senders. I am NOT going to contact the senders & have them contact AOL ~ AOL should fix this. My e-mail address is my account ID & it would be a complete "pain" to completely change my account with the banks & my ID's. So there is NO Fix?
