what do you want to upgrade ?

quad qore is intel.go to intel ? or windows on windows update whats do you want to update.and check dell

While the Dell XPS 710 (and 720) comes in both dual core and quad core flavors, you might not be able to upgrade it without upgrading your motherboard.

I would contact Dell support and ask them if it is possible to upgrade the CPU.
