even if nothing positive happens to resolve my delema,I want to take this oppertunity to thank you for leting me vent and get things off my chest The bldg, next door to my house was once a gas station It was also used for auto body work and painting. The property that the Industrial and Fire Department of L&I banned the previous owner from storing food . It was only because thier,[The New World Mall 7Th. & Washington Ave. Philadelphia Pa. 19147]ten year tax abatement expired and the property became a liabilty .that made them desperate to unload it. The seller got two state inspectors to give the property a clean bill of health. I want to know what right does the state have to override a Federal regulation put in place to safegaurd the health and well being of a comunity, and why the new owners were allowed to change the face of the building without a zoning notice or bldg, permit posted. 01 22 08 . the water and sewer pipes ruptured flooding my basement. My heater and hot water heater were distroyed and about $5000 worth of personal property damage, My health was impaired. I lost bowel and bladder control.My blood pressure rose to 160 over 80 and my PSA went from a six to an 11 in just 27 days when I was without runing

Please keep in mind ,at a meeting The new world mall was voted down by more than 2/3 majority the same majority that got Di Cicco elected And at the Zoning board with 60 people protesting against the mall dictator Frank Di Cicco walks in with one lady and says " I think the mall will be good for the neighborhood ," and a 100 name petition,which may as well be toilet paper was never submitted .
