It's funny that your boyfriend didn't feel terrible until after he was caught.  It doesn't matter what you did...he should not be having sex with your ...cough...friend.   Ditch him and tell your friend that with friends like her, you need no enemies. 

So you kissed 3 guys while drunk.  Not really what you should be doing but your bf broke it off with you and then trumped that behavior by cheating and lying.  He trumped it again by doing it with your friend.

Move on.  Neither of these people are worth your time or your energy and you deserve better.
