sue you for what? telling the truth? keep it real

Thank you Mr.Jqna the law is very tricky I see.

Why do you feel it necessary to tell others? Is it not enough to tell your former boss?

For that matter, what purpose will it serve for you to write this letter? Do you hope it will lead your ex-boss to correct his poor behavior? Or is it just meant to vent, and thus make yourself feel better?

I suggest you think before you write it and then think again - at least twice - after you write it and before you send it.

Listen to G Ma, Why write to e mail?  Just to show the one's you bcc that you did it?  Won't make you a hero.

If you feel you must write the letter, then write it, read it, and tear it in shreds.  No way should you send it.  "Dysfunctional" and "unprofessional" are just relative terms--it depends on who is defining it.  Your definitions could be a lot different than mine or other peoples.  Don't send it!

Sometimes we put up walls not to keep people out, but to see who cares enough to break them down.

Since this is an "ex boss" why write anything at all? It's over and you've moved on. Anything you do or say now would be seen as sour grapes on your part. There was obviously a serious issue between you and your ex boss but since you've now moved on, write the email, place it in your pending file, and read it 30 days from now to see if you feel the same as you do today. If the answer is yes, either send the email, or come back here and give us some specifics so that we can better advise you.

"I've heard you're a low down yankee liar!"
