Why can't I attach pic/docs to emails I send? It began on 6-17-09 but occasionally (about 1% of the time) something will attach. I'm using AOL webmail. Thanks.

How do you try to attach:

Are you using http://webmail.aol.com? Are you using Internet Explorer? There is a known issue with that browser: Try clicking the lower part of the "Attach" button. We'll have this fixed soon. As an alternative you can also use a browser like Firefox.
