Discuss AOLHelp.Erica's answer to: Unable to change password for a screenname

I'm trying to reset a password for one of my screeneames. It is for Zane1008@aol.com.I'm unable to do it because I forget the old password. Can you please help me?

Hi Melissa,

1. Go to AOL.com and click the mail icon. 

2. Click Forgot Password. 

3. Verify account by entering phone number, alternate email address on account or answer your Account Security Question.
