Ulead error and internet explorer


Every time my son tries to access his aol mail from internet explorer he get a Ulead error message and the browser crashes.  How can I stop this...he is running windows 7 and internet explorer 8

Hi,Is it a specific site that crashes the browsers (perhaps one that uses Flash or something)?


Can you try creating a new user account, logging in under that account, then seeing if the web browsers crash under that new user account?Solve all  computer problems  http://blog.teesupport.com/
