That's dealer, an inbetween. We have a young kid that comes from a nice family, that puts their head in the sand, that is what the boy does, and this in NOT a bad area, 24 hour patrol, and under cover, co-op.

It depends on what kind of drugs you're talking of. If you're referring to prescription drugs that person is a doctor but considering the strong effect of many prescription drugs I could say that doctors are like drug dealers, they lead people into drug addiction. People in oxycontin rehab would have a better name for this kind of doctors.
