Answers

There is no lortab equivalent to tylenol. Tylenol is acetaminophen, which is not an opiate. While both are pain relievers, tylenol can be fatal to the liver at high doses or if taken by individuals with compromised livers. Alcohol and tylenol don't mix--again liver trouble. Lortab is hydrocodone, and if you try to take enough tylenol to mimic the effects of that, you could die!
