Two days ago my AIM refused to start up.  I've tried putting back my icon and adding my buddy list again - but it will not respond.  I have used IM the last several years and want it back...but I'm not willing to download the new version.  Anyone else having problems?  did it cure itself?  Only 'paid' AOL users can get help line assistance.  Can you help?    I don't even know how to find the version of my AIM ... think it is AIM 5 Thanks - Nikki

What version of AIM are you using?  Can you try re-downloading and installing from www.aim.com?
