Definately Supermassive Black Hole by Muse. Muse is just an overall great band, and I think the Twilight soundtrack helped them a lot. :) I also like Let Me Sign by Rob Pattinson, which didn't make it to the soundtrack (but should've), that was played when Bella was bit in the Ballet Studio and when she was almost transformed into a vampire.
