TV change-over

re TV change:  we have one new big TV and used converter boxes for two others. We have roof antennae.  We get all channels on one converted TV but do not get channels 5 and 9 on both the new TV and the other converted TV.  I'm running out of hope, can anyone help me and tell me what to do? Thank you so much.
