It is good to take care of your wooden furniture. I think the easiest way to protect it is to buy the same size piece of wood if you can get the same color it would be perfect. So you will put that piece between your wooden furniture and your TV. If you can`t find the same size you can order it to wooden manufacturers or after you measure the size.
