Discuss PGroot's answer to: Why does a turn signial blink fast?

A turn signal might blink faster or slower if a bulb is burned out or if there is a short to another bulb.  Check the left signal against the right.  You can do it yourself while the car is parked, just get out and check the front blinker and rear blinker.  If the left side blinks two bulbs and the right side blinks one, chances are that the right side has a bulb burned out.
