Hi. I try to sign on to aol desktop and it says invalid username, but i can sign on on aol.com; why not on the desktop? I have cleared cookies and ran a virus scan, did a restart, downloaded again. I have the username and password correct.

Hi, Adam: My first suggestion would be to check your Parental Control settings (that may be the problem). Also, please make sure that you're signing into AOL with a master account.

What much I do to get true to you're all I want is my Aol 9.7 not on Inienet Explorer only on Aol~please on this is my screen marcellaanchr and my password MySweetHonorand if I have to open a new account this will be MySweetMarcy and the password onlyme you're get paid every month please put me on my Aol Desktop 9.7~{and not the Explorer one}
