Since the KJV wasn't even published until the 1600's, I guess even the Apostles were not christians in the mind of the Reverend?

Reverend Cooper is definitely apostate and damned, therefore, an atheist.  That is why he makes so many humiliating blunders. 

 

That is why no rational entity would take sides with his atheist cult because it is so very expensive to maintain membership in this drunken and profligate cult.  One such cult was the Hellfire Club, which amounts to nothing more than a London brothel.

 

A less expensive cult would be any other disease ridden brothel.  After all, they are atheists by definition particularly by the fact that they spread terminal disease without conscience.
