Is it true that BioCarb blocks upto 66% of carbs?

Currently i am trying to loos my weight & for that I am looking for sum supplement which block carbs. I seen some advt saying BioCarb blocks upto 66% of carbs with 100% natural ingredients. Is it true? is it really usefull?
