I have known a few pains-in-the-neck, but as to blood sucking parasites that reduce the weak-minded to their control just by staring into their eyes, sink their fangs into others, drain them dry, and force them into lives of hideous evil, then perhaps you instead refer to leftist liberal politicians.

They seem to act the same way......
