I'm looking to hopefully trim some fat, how would you go about doing that?

You need to clarify your question. Are you talking about trimming the fat off of meat before cooking? Or are you talking about going on a diet and trimming the fat off you? Or are you using "trimming the fat" in figuratively speaking meaning to cut back on expenses?

I'm an expert on burning fat. I had a huge stomach so I can tell you that the solution is easy:  nutrition and workout.  I stress nutrition, that made 90% of my success: minerals, vitamins, PROTEIN, all nutrients in a calorie-controlled program (no starving allowed). I used a personalized program to do it. Regarding workout, make sure you do go about targeting fat loss exercise.  That doesn't happen.  You need to do cardio, the type of workout that makes you lose fat all over the body.
