We have seen leftists and their games.  This atrocity falls squarely in their collective lap.

Well spoken.  One's attire may well play a role socially but it does not grant anyone the authority to exercise deadly force.  If there is propable cause to believe that the person has immediately fled a felony crime then citizens are empowered to perform citizen's arrest, but they are not empowered nor trained to employ deadly force except in self defense.

 

Is there probable cause to believe Trayvon Martin had fled the scene of a felony crime?  Did the juvenile in question pose a genuine threat to the life and limb of another?

 

As facts arise in the instant case I would hope that we can remain calm, deliberate prudently, apply the law fairly, and avoid emotion in any form.  That, ladies and gentlemen, is called justice.
