I don't agree with the "hoodie" stigma, but It amazes he how today's Black Youth want to dress like thugs and "gangstas" and also want to promote the "prison life" theme with their underwear hanging out, but when they are stereotyped because of it, they get pissed & offended.

The underwear hanging out was created in prison, and then brought into the Black Community as some relevance. 

And anyone that says that they don't pay attention to ones attire, is lying.
