I am not sure what this means, but I'll try:

  1. Is it possible? Yes, should take about 4 days to a week or less if you drive more than stop.
  2. Best route: at this time of year (Fall - Winter) the southern route, Interstate 10 through Phoenix, then north to Albuquerque on 25, then east on 40...then take your pick according to what you want to see: New Orleans, Memphis, Nashville...

You could trave closer to the Mexican border on I8 out of LA, but things are a bit dodgy down there, especially if you are camping out.  This avoids a lot of SNOW by skirting the Rockies.

Is it possible?  Yes?  Will it cost a lot of money and take a really long time?  Hell yes.  Still, I imagine it would be a lot of fun.
