There is a regular National Express coach service from the central bus station at Heathrow airport, which is located close to Terminals 1, 2 and 3, direct to Southampton. Another options is, Heathrow Airport has a direct rail connection to central London (Heathrow Express ) which connects to the national and local rail network. Also, you can catch a RailAir coach from Heathrow Airport to either Woking or Reading, from where you can connect to Southampton bound trains.
