Which is the most dangerous city in the World for tourists to travel to?

I believe that one of the most dangerous places is the South America. I'm not exactly sure about the city but I guess Venezuela is at the top. It's to bad because those places are very exotic and nice to visit.

I'm not completely sure about this but Rio De Genaro is one of the most dangerous cities because of the frequent kidnapping that occurs there.

I was under the impression that various cities in South America were the most dangerous. According to this web site, many of the traditional tourist destinations have now been chosen as the most dangerous.
