Transfer HD movies form iPad to iPhone?

Can iTunes do this? all of my movies is HD and i dont wanna lose the video quality. I have googled it but cant found a useful tutorials for this, can you help me? Plz..

Use IOS transfer app to do this, here is a free one: http://www.iostransfer.com/ios-transfer.html  by the way, as far as i kown itunes cant do this.

You may try this iPad/iPhone/iPod file manager. It can help you copy the HD movie from iPad and iPhone back to computer.        (http://www.ipod-transfer-copy.com/ipod-iphone-to-computer-transfer-cucusoft.html)        it works pretty well for me.
