To start with you need to have Windows Easy Transfer to be able to transfer your files using an Ethernet cable. This free software allows you to save all your data in quality locations however you can also choose the custom folders and directories.

You can transfer data from one PC to another PC by attaching HDD manually. no coding is required for this and you can copy the files directly from point A to point B.
