When you are job seeking it makes sense to use the word of mouth method. I do worry though that if something went wrong down the line it could cause tension between friends. Can you avoid this?

I think this is a good way to express yourself and i don't think there will be any problem to your friends. This is a way of oral communication and explain about your personality.
