why tomato sauce will not freeze.  I made a pasta sauce from canned plum tomatos, onions, mushrooms, pieces of eggplant, carrots and yellow squash.  Will not freeze in 0 degree deep freeze?

You must have a problem with your freezer. I've NEVER had a problem freezing sauce, no matter what I put in it ..... and I've been making pasta sauces for over 50 years!!!

I don't know a little about everything, but I do know a lot about some things!
