Discuss Kel's answer to: Why do toddlers scratch their face when they get upset?

I'm not sure how right I am, but after thinking about it I'd say it most likely has to do with the fact that these poor babies don't know how to communicate fully what they are feeling and the frustration just gets the best of them. I don't believe they realize this desperate act could potentially hurt them.
